We follow stringent quality control measures right from the selection of fabric to the shipment of finished products. Not a single detail is ignored while checking the raw material or during the process of manufacturing. Latest testing methods are used to check the durability, finishing, designing, etc. to ensure that only the best of our collection reaches the customers. The looms on which these clothes are made are also tested from time to time to ensure that they are in perfect condition for making the sarees and lehanga.

Infrastructure

Himson Sarees has a sound infrastructure armored with advanced and innovative technology. We are well supported by excellent infrastructural facility and dedicated team of creative designers and craftsmen who consistently come up with unique and innovative ideas. Regular research is undertaken on the emerging requirements of the clients and the market trends to manufacture the products accordingly. Our ultra modern machines operate on the parameters of state of the art technology. The spacious and well ventilated warehouse is another big plus for our company as it is able to stock large amount of goods in oder to meet the bulk orders of our customers even during emergency.

The engineering division of Himson was formed in 1972 to manufacture crimping machines. Later, the company entered into a technical collaboration with M/s Earnest Scragg and Sons Ltd., UK for manufacturing high speed draw texturising machines. The company has also entered into technical collaboration with other renowned companies from Italy, Japan and South Korea for Two-for-one Twisters, Draw Twisters, Precision Lone Winders, Semi-automatic Shuttle Change Looms and other textile machinery.

Today 85% of the installed Texturising Machines capacity for the whole of our country is being supplied by Himson-Scragg.

Himson's Export & Capacity

As a winner of the National Award for manufacture of Import Substitute Items, the Himson Group has been regularly exporting textile machinery, art silk and synthetic fabric to several countries, committed to develop new technologies in the textile industry. The company has funded the laboratory expansion at Surat, as Himson subscribes to the belief that only the outstanding quality will outshine in the Indian and overseas markets.
